I am trying to activate rsbac on the system, which requires that one passes the rsbac_on kernel argument at system boot. How is that possible in a live system? Any help is much appreciated smile.gif.

(bootcodes.html)
Besides the above mentioned bootcodes, the isolinux will accept all the normal kernel boot codes i.e. vga=xxx for the framebuffer resolution, splash=verbose|silent to turn on or off the splash screen, acpi=off noapic nolapic parameters, init 3, irqpoll, ide=nodma, pci=nomsi, pnpacpi=off pnpbios=off
I do not know the rsbac_on option, but doesn't this work:
livecd rsbac_on
?

I tried that, but rsbac doesn't seem to be functioning as described - the system is supposed to be running with restricted privileges etc. I think that boot code didn't work. Are there any other ways to pass kernel arguments at boot?

Might editing /etc/rc.d/rc.local possibly help with this?
