I can now boot mcnlive from my 2gig sony usb drive which is amazing, unless I use a loopback image. when using a loopback installed on the same vfat partition as the os I recieve "failed" dialogue when I turn off my computer (something about not able to remove or unmount looback image, looback still in use...) it still shuts down fine but the "failed" makes me worry that something is wrong. I atempted to install the loopback on a ex3 partition on the same flash drive and for some reason it also installed several folders and files, and when i tried to boot from the usb drive the text, for about a sec, looked scrambled then I recieved a bunch of error messages. For some reason mcnlive also tells me i dont have access to files, like wallpaper, that i just downloaded, and when i plugged in another flash drive to safe a document it said the drive was write only. Any help with my problem would be greatly apreciated.

You can use the first option, on one FAT partition. The error messages when halting the system are not critical, it is cosmetical, it tries to umount the loop, but should not try this. I should have fixed it ;-)
Delft is the first version with the persitent option, and still a bit experimental.

I am not sure what happens. In our tests we did not see this.
First: don't have two loop files. The system might be confused.
Decide which way you like best, and delete the second.

Also, try to start from scratch with the loop files. You would just delete them (when they are NOT in use), you can let the base system as it is.

Be a bit careful with too many trials -- depending on the quality and the brand of the sticks, it might not like it. Once the loop file (which in the beginning is an empty file) is made, no problem!
